Wasatch Tire & Auto Service Point S

They cared very much about my car and getting it fixed. They also identified items that should be looked at over the next 6-12 months or prior to a long road trip. This gives me time to plan and budget for these repairs. No pressure to get the work done immediately. They took into consideration my actual driving habits to come up with the recommendations. It was a pleasant surprise and I would 100% recommend them for anything someone needs to get done on their car. They tell the truth and don't try and pass the bill.

Xavier was very understanding of our price shopping. He was patient, answered all our questions and gave honest feedback. His customer service is top notch. I’ll be going back in for our other car. If you go in, ask for him. Get that man a raise!

I took a used car to Wasatch Tire & Auto Service Point S for a pre-purchase inspection, and Xavier was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and honest. He clearly explained what they found and helped me make an informed decision without trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. Excellent service and honest advice. I’ll definitely be back.

I originally experienced an “oil change from hell” at a different shop and was sent here to further diagnose the issue. From the very beginning, they took amazing care of me and treated me with so much patience and professionalism. They thoroughly explained the issues, the steps needed to correct the mistake, and kept me informed throughout the process. I’ve had to come back multiple times over the past two weeks, and not once did anyone make me feel like an inconvenience or show frustration with my returns. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. They’ve definitely gained a customer for life. I’ve already been recommending this business and their employees to family and coworkers because honest, trustworthy mechanics are rare, and these guys truly made me feel confident my car was in good hands.

Amazing place with amazing employees! The services I had done were fairly priced. The customer service is immaculate! There is nothing compared to going somewhere and being treated with such kindness and friendliness. They worked with my crazy schedule, did not pressure me in any way, and even arranged a ride so I could leave my car. They also changed the battery in my dead key fob and didn’t even tell me or charge me for it! Such a kind gesture, just because. I will definitely be a regular customer here and 10/10 recommend!
